DYE Sublimation

As fashion moves forward our customers have become more creative with their printing projects taking graphics from their traditional front chest location to full coverage images that stretch from seam to seam.

The all over printing technique has evolved, is very popular and is in demand. Here at Miami Tees, we have responded to this frequently requested, all over printing technique by offering sublimation printing.

The dye sublimation printing t-shirts technique allows all-over-printing of full color photos or graphics with superior softness to hand.

Unlike screen-printing, print-cut vinyl and direct-to-garment printing which are applied to the surface of the product, sublimation inks are actually infused into the surface itself.

Sublimation ink is a liquid that turns into a gas when heated to around 180 to 210 C. The ink bonds with the fibers in the garment and dyes them. It is recommended that the garment be 100% polyester for the best print.
